What is WinterGem Couch?

Winter Gem is an aggressive growing grass which is ideal for lawn areas that are likely to receive high amounts of wear. Like all couch varieties it spreads and regenerates through long runners which during warmer growing months will repair any damaged areas naturally and quickly.

What are the benefits of using WinterGem Couch?

As well as being an excellent choice for areas subjected to a high volume of wear and tear, WinterGem is very easy to maintain.

It is very drought tolerant and requires less input than most grasses in respect to fertiliser and insecticide applications than most grasses.

Where it is best installed?

WinterGem prefers full sun and will thrive in most soil types. Areas that are subject to high wear, or little or no irrigation after establishment are ideal, and can also withstand the rigours of pet ownwership.
