What is Line Planting and its benefits?
- Line Planting is a method used to convert cool season (Ryegrass, Tall Fescue, Kentucky Bluegrass) sports surfaces to warm season grasses such as Couch or Kikuyu.
- It offers the end user a more durable surface for better ball roll/traction and a reduction in the opportunity for injury.
- The Sports Managers maintenance will be reduced due to greater wear tolerance, lower water requirements and the reduction of fertiliser for warm season grasses.

How does Line Planting work?
The specially designed machine slices the existing surface, it shreds the rolls of warm season instant turf which drop into the open slits and is sealed off by the rear roller, completing the planting process.
