StaLok All Weather
What is StaLok® "All Weather"?
StaLok® "All Weather" is a combination of sand, stabilizers, polymers,
waxes, and fibres which have been specifically developed in conjunction
with the Racing Industry, for both race and training tracks. This unique
blend of products, referred to in the Racing Industry as a Synthetic
Surface, allows the horses hoof to penetrate the surface and push off
with minimal slippage. The StaLok® "All Weather" cushioning properties
reduce impact, thereby minimising injury potential. Track
surface can be groomed for fast or heavy conditions during the daily
maintenance regime. StaLok® "All Weather" is not water dependent and
therefore suited to most climatic conditions.

How is StaLok® "All Weather" Installed?
StaLok® "All Weather" additives are blended with a free draining sand.
These can either be pre-mixed, or mixed on site, and then installed
over a firm base with adequate drainage to cope with localised rain
events. The depth of the product can be varied to suit individual
usage requirements.
