Location: Based at 560 McGregor Rd, Pakenham (travel to various sites required)

Role Purpose:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of professionals. Position responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

• Mowing and maintaining our various client’s sport fields and open spaces.

• Ensure grass cutting programs are met, adhere to codes of practice, and maintain safe operating procedures.

Duties and Attributes:

Position duties will include but are not limited to the operation of Toro Cylinder Mowers, Toro Rotary Mowers, Stihl Brush-cutters, Blowers and Atom Edgers. The use of company vehicles to and from site will be provided while expertise in towing equipment is essential. Comprehensive training will be provided to the successful applicant including funding to obtain required licenses (Forklift, HR License etc.)

Key Selection Criteria:

• Strong background in Sports Turf Maintenance.

• Driver’s License.

• HR Truck Licence (advantageous but not essential).

• Experience with Cylinder Mowing, Rotary Mowing, Brush Cutting, and various other Turf maintenance based skills.

• Good communication skills and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
