Location: Based at 560 McGregor Rd, Pakenham

Role Purpose:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of professionals. Position responsibilities day to day will be to assist in all aspects of our sports turf surface and open space turf works and all facets of turf maintenance. You will also have exposure to some pretty exciting turf construction projects coming up across Victoria.

Duties and Attributes:

• Have a sound understanding and adherence to work health and safety requirements.

• Have a sound understanding of turf grass maintenance and renovation practices.

• A focus on attention to detail with excellent finishing skills.

• Be currently trade certified and/or experienced within the turf industry.

• Operate tractors and turf related machinery in a safe and capable manner. 

• HR truck license and posy track/machinery licenses preferred but not essential.

• Organised and able to follow instructions and work autonomously as required.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Good communication skills

• Enthusiasm, honesty, and reliability

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

• A driving license, manual is advantageous.
